and does not comply with Regulation 2020/2081 of December 14th 

imposed by the European Community, also known as REACH. 

It can only be used on canvas, 

paper and synthetic skin for the purpose of training 

and practicing tattooing techniques. 

Use on human skin is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED in the European Community 

and subject to legal penalties.
